El sector vol formar-se en IA

More than 200 people have enrolled in the artificial intelligence courses organized by the Tech Tourism Cluster and delivered by the AI-Mate team, a clear sign of the growing interest among traveltech companies in staying up to date and developing their skills in a technology that is transforming the way we work, innovate and make decisions.

Throughout the year, we have launched a training programme designed to meet different levels of knowledge and needs, with both online and in-person sessions. And we still have more sessions to come!

The programme has been structured around three levels: Basic, Advanced and “The Fuc**ing Máster”, with a highly practical approach focused on applying AI to companies’ day-to-day activities.

From the first steps with tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, to more advanced uses and strategies for making the most of their potential, the sessions have enabled participants to experiment, work on real-life cases and discover new ways of integrating artificial intelligence into their processes.

This level of participation confirms that continuous training is already a key element in addressing the technological transformation of the tourism sector.

For the Tech Tourism Cluster, the goal goes beyond simply learning how to use a tool: we want to help companies in the sector develop the skills they need to understand, experiment with and apply AI effectively, making the most of the opportunities it offers while keeping pace with a technology that evolves every day.
