Badalona acull l'Assemblea General del Tech Tourism Cluster: balanç de creixement i nou lideratge per al 2026

The BCIN in Badalona establishes itself as the strategic center for holding the General Assembly of the Tech Tourism Cluster, bringing together around eighty companies to define the future of the entity.

During the session, the ambitious project portfolio for 2026 was presented, highlighting the constant increase in members, the development of new collaborative projects with high impact, and the expansion towards international alliances with entities such as MT Lab and the Clúster de Turismo de Monterrey.

Not only that, but a voice was given to the new additions through a "fast-pitch" session, where 21 of the more than 40 new members of this year were presented. Furthermore, the innovation ecosystem took center stage with the exhibition of four ongoing projects (TRIA, marIA, MuseMetrics, and Olivitur), a clear example of public-private collaboration with clusters such as INDESCAT, INNOVI, Catalonia Food Retail, and CEEC.

Strategic reflection came from Oriol Montanyà, who delivered a presentation on collective success in times of artificial intelligence. On an institutional level, the Assembly formalized the leadership transition: Ingrid Graells' two-year term concludes, and a new era led by Amaia Marsà begins.

The gathering concluded with a networking space to generate new business opportunities, taking advantage of the occasion to exclusively announce the dates for the third edition of the Tech4Travel Summit, which will take place on September 30, October 1 and 2 at wecamp Santa Cristina d'Aro.
