The Tech Tourism Cluster has held the second edition of the Responsible Marketing Workshop, a session aimed at helping companies in the sector integrate and communicate their sustainability initiatives with rigor, coherence and a shared value approach.
The session focused on one of the main challenges organizations face today: how to translate sustainability commitments into corporate storytelling without falling into greenwashing. In this context, criteria and best practices were explored to communicate sustainability across different channels, including websites, social media and brand identity.
During the workshop, participants worked on tools to build clear, verifiable messages aligned with real company actions, strengthening trust with clients, partners and other stakeholders. The combination of strategic content, participatory dynamics and real cases allowed attendees to review their narratives, identify improvement opportunities and start developing communication pieces applicable to their projects.
Through initiatives like this, the Tech Tourism Cluster continues to promote knowledge-sharing spaces that help move the sector towards a more responsible, transparent and impact-driven tourism model, fostering collaboration and learning across the ecosystem.
Thank you, Mayte Redondo, for sharing this masterclass with the whole ecosystem!
