The Talent Working Group was set up a few months ago and we have already established a roadmap where we will work very actively to promote the employment of talent as well as to strengthen relations between university and company.

In order to achieve this second objective, the first step that will be carried out is the holding of a "Concept Mapping" session with human resources representatives of some of the companies that make up the cluster as well as other agents important parts of the ecosystem, which help us define well what is the profile of digital talent that companies in the traveltech field are looking for.
