Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly 2026

On behalf of our president, Ms. Ingrid Graells, we send you the notice for the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of the Tech Tourism Cluster, scheduled for next Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This Assembly, exclusive for members, will be held in person at the BCIN | Badalona Convention and Business Center, located at c/ Marcus Porcius, 1, 08915 Badalona.

The event will feature a series of formal presentations where the activity and annual accounts for 2025, and the activity and budget for 2026, will be approved. We will formalize the registration of new members and present the projects the entity is currently working on.

🗳️ DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THE NEXT 2026-2028 MANDATE OF THE CLUSTER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS? 

Today, April 7, 2026, our president calls for elections, and the electoral period opens to renew the Board of Directors for the period 2026 - 2028.

💁🏻‍♀️ Who can apply? 

🔹 Members who have been part of the entity with a minimum of 1 year of seniority in the cluster. 

🔹 Only those representatives with a minimum of 1 year of seniority on the Board of Directors can run for the positions of president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. 

🔹 Representatives of companies with a high executive level and decision-making power can apply. 

🔹 Members who are up to date with payments to the entity.

🪑 How many seats are available? 

🔹 The Board of Directors makes up to 5 seats available to renew the entity's members-at-large (vocals).

💼 Who can vote? 

🔹 All members formally registered in the entity as of May 7, 2026, have the right to vote. 

🔹 Members who are up to date with payments to the entity have the right to vote. 

🔹 Voting will be secret and will be carried out using the ballots provided by the Electoral Board on May 7.

🗳️ What will the electoral process be? 

🔹 Candidacies will be established according to the type of organization to ensure the diversity of the Board of Directors: companies (startups, small, medium, large) and ecosystem agents. 

🔹 There will be 15 days to submit candidacies and 15 days for reflection before the voting. 

🔹 1 vote per company may be cast. 

🔹 In the event of a tie, the candidate with the most votes from founding members will be chosen.

🙋🏻‍♂️ How can I submit my candidacy? 

🔹 It is mandatory to fill out the "candidacy presentation form" with the motivations of each candidate.

🗓️ What is the period for submitting my candidacy? 

🔹 Starting today, you have up to 15 calendar days to submit your candidacy by emailing the "candidacy presentation form" to xavier.garcia@techtourismcluster.org
