The next edition of FITUR Madrid, the most important business fair in Spain’s tourism sector and one of the top international trade shows, is approaching. This year it will take place from 21st to 25th January 2026, and as usual, the Tech Tourism Cluster will participate to ensure our members’ presence.


Following the success of the 2025 edition and responding to your requests, this year we’ll have an even larger space, able to host up to 12 member companies.
We’ll occupy 81 m² in the new Hall 12, where the entire traveltech industry is located — right next to the major players in the sector.
Additionally, we’ll introduce a flexible meeting space available by the hour for those seeking more adaptable options.



💶 What is the cost of the trade mission?

FIXED STAND

The cost per company for sharing the reserved space is €3,500 + VAT, including individual work tables within the shared Tech Tourism Cluster area.
The space is a premium stand, which includes the full setup and incorporation of each company’s corporate branding.

‼️ Returning companies: a 10% discount applies to those who participated in 2024 and 2025, and a 5% discount for 2025 repeat participants.


“FLEX” OPTION (BY HOUR)

From €130/hour + VAT, depending on the chosen time and day.
Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, upon payment confirmation.


📝 Reservation conditions

To confirm participation in the fixed stand, a 50% prepayment is required to secure your booking.

For the “flex” option, the full amount must be paid upfront to confirm your selected time slots.


🚨 Number of available spots
Places are limited, only 12 available, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Priority will be given to companies that joined the mission in 2024 and 2025.
The mission will only take place if all 12 places are filled; otherwise, the deposit will be fully refunded.

🔸 2 exhibitor passes.
🔸 Visitor passes for team members and invited clients.
🔸 Access to the “LIVE Connect” meeting scheduling platform as exhibitor.
🔸 Lounge area with water, coffee and snacks.
🔸 Storage space for materials.
🔸 Press coverage through The White Rabbit upon request.
🔸 Press release mentioning the company’s participation at the Tech Tourism Cluster stand.
